About this role

Job Description​ Saint Luke’s East in Lee's Summit is hiring! Medical Oncology clinic is seeking a Scheduler II to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for a minimum of two modalities within scope of position. Shift Details : Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities : Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services with limited supervision. Determining financial accountability providing information and referrals proactively. Problem solving concerns and issues. Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures. Regularly assists in co-worker training. Consistently works on special projects.…
