About this role

Job Description Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking Licensed, Master's degreed Social Worker who provides behavioral emergency level health assessments in collaboration with a medical team of physicians and registered nurses. Shift: Thursday & Friday, 7am - 7pm Highly trained behavioral health professional who demonstrates autonomy and critical thinking skills and consultation in handling emergent psychiatric crises. Collaborates with members of health care team in development of a transition plan and addresses needs in a timely manner . Participates in program planning and development to meet the needs of customers within the health care system and community. Provides patient and family education.…
