ROLE OVERVIEW
As Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at SALT XC, you will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for Encore’s national business.
You will lead full-cycle recruitment for priority and complex roles while overseeing and developing a small but high-impact recruitment team. You will partner closely with Encore business leaders and report into the Senior Director of Talent at SALT XC to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide talent standards, reporting, employer brand, and inclusive hiring practices.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will act as:
