This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. They also lead and mentor other maintenance staff, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards. This is a working lead position who performs duties as a maintenance worker. Is required to be on-call based on hospital needs. Essential Duties: Attends meetings and supervises staff in the absence of the Director of Plant Ops.
