About this role

Job Description Summary The Automation Delivery Lead is accountable for enterprise automation delivery across relevant technologies, platforms, and initiatives, with an initial focus on Appian and the Aurora programme. The role owns and governs the Automation Factory while also providing delivery leadership for automation scope outside the Factory, ensuring consistent, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with business priorities and Sandoz standards. The role is responsible for evolving and scaling the Automation Factory by onboarding additional platforms, delivery capabilities, and use cases into the Factory operating model.…
