Job Description Summary The Global Program Manager, ITO is responsible for leading strategic, cross-functional transformation programs across the Infrastructure & Technology Operations portfolio. The role serves as a key member of the Strategic Program Office, partnering with technology leaders, service owners, architecture teams, vendors and business stakeholders to drive successful planning and execution of large-scale initiatives.
