Job Description Summary - Provide effective legal counsel to all business functions and departments within the Italian affiliate, acting as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner, supporting commercial objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies. - Act independently in complex legal matters and transactions, for example Supply & Distribution agreements, commercial cooperation, marketing initiatives and interactions with HCPs and HCOs. - Manage litigations and negotiations, oversee external counsels and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks. - Provide specialized support on strategic topics as antitrust, data protection, public procurement and Intellectual Property matters.…
