Job Description Summary The Medical Information Manager will provide timely, accurate and balanced first point of contact medical/scientific and technical information for telephoned medical questions and issues in real time; document medical inquiries; create positive customer interactions; capture potential adverse events; and provide disease state and product training to internal groups. Will also serve as a medical reviewer in the Medical, Legal, Regulatory review process for promotional and non-promotional materials.
