About this role
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Beverage, the Supervisor, Beverage is responsible for the efficient scheduling and oversight of subordinate employees to continuously improve the quantity and quality of work done up to our Yaamava’ Brand Standards and to ensure efficient and economical work operations. Area of responsibility is the beverage areas and assigned bars. Supervisory functions include a range of duties and responsibilities for planning, organizing, training, audits, and dealing effectively with employee-management concerns.
