About this role
Under the direction of the Manager, Horticulture, the Supervisor, Horticulture provides daily leadership across horticulture team members and exterior horticultural teams, including Groundskeeping, Landscape, and Exterior Maintenance. This role ensures the resort’s exterior environment remains clean, safe, visually exceptional, and aligned with departmental standards and expectations. Assigns work, manages routes, coordinates with vendors, oversees irrigation checks, ensures equipment readiness, maintains safe work practices, and leads team coaching, development, and corrective action efforts.
