The Distribution Center (DC) Shift Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic building objectives, and oversees the tactical execution of daily and weekly operations. They are responsible for all aspects of their assigned shift's operations including: planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure a smooth and consistent operation. The Shift Manager hires, manages, and motivates assigned staff in the Distribution Center.
