The Territory Manager drives regional sales growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with lower-volume custom decorators and screen printers. This role is accountable for increasing profitability through targeted account planning and execution, focusing on unlocking new revenue streams from untapped and underpenetrated regional accounts. Preferred area of residence is Greater NYC, NY/NJ. What Will You Be Doing? Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to identify and win unassigned or low-volume decorator accounts.
