What's the Short Version? The Manager, Human Resources serves as a trusted advisor to the Distribution Center (DC) General Manager, leadership team and staff on HR disciplines and efforts. They are both an employee champion and change agent. The Manager, Human Resources assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the DC General Manager and HR Leadership. What Will You Be Doing? Provide HR guidance and support to the DC General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Manage the DC HR staff and their efforts, including time keeping, payroll, benefits, and recruiting. Lead full cycle recruiting and onboarding for all exempt and non-exempt positions.…
