About this role

Specjalistka/Specjalista ds. Analiz HR i Automatyzacji Country: Poland Opis zespołu: Wynagrodzenia, raporty, analizy, benefity – to nasze tematy. Czuwamy nad luką płacową i monitorujemy szereg innych wskaźników. Nadzorujemy i realizujemy procesy wynagrodzeniowe, premiowe na kwoty kilkadziesiąt milionów zł rocznie. Wspieramy managerów w procesowaniu awansów, a także przypominamy o powodach do świętowania, ponieważ „obsługujemy" jubileusze i nagrody. W minionym roku przygotowaliśmy ponad 900 raportów, w tym 200 analiz ad-hoc. Pracujemy w Metodologii Kanban, czyli mamy tablicę zadań i spotkania daily Nasz zespół: analitycy HR + manager – łącznie 4 osoby Twój zakres obowiązków Przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów dla wewnętrznych klientów biznesowych z wielu obszarów HR m.in.…
