About this role

What you'll build: As a Commerce Cloud Support Engineer Intern, your core tasks will include: Troubleshooting technical issues with Commerce Cloud products and platforms reported by clients. Providing focused client support through various channels such as ticket, chat, or phone. Regular monitoring and maintenance of Commerce Cloud products and platforms. Documenting processes, best practices, and common solutions to streamline future support tasks Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex issues. Assisting in testing updates and patches for Commerce Cloud products and platforms. Participating in ongoing training and skill development activities related to Commerce Cloud.
