About this role

What you'll bring You should be able to manage customer engagements from start to finish. This includes making sure that contracts are followed and revenue is protected. You will validate entitlements and onboarding plans. You will maintain Work@Risk governance and prepare for renewals. To prevent churn, you will monitor customer health. You will also promote SAP Private Cloud adoption and work with Enterprise Architects to identify and address risks. You must have the Integrated Services Card (Bitaqat al-Khadamat al-Mutakamilah) issued by the Ministry of Social Solidarity as this role is for Persons with Disabilities based in Cairo.…
