What you'll bring You independently lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, with deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) design, interaction systems, and product thinking. Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled products — copilots, agents, or conversational interfaces Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and User Experience (UX) systems Fluency with AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and validation, and the ability to help others adopt them Strong discovery practice: choosing the right research method, synthesizing signals, and driving decisions with evidence Ability to influence without authority and navigate trade-offs constructively with product and engineering partners Degree not required for this role.…
