About this role

What You'll build: As part of SAP Technical Support, you will work directly with customers using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC), supporting their e-Invoicing and statutory reporting requirements across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include: Analyze and resolve customer issues related to e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and Document Compliance processing. Perform root cause analysis and provide clear, actionable solutions for customer problems, leveraging AI tools to accelerate diagnosis and resolution. Provide direct technical assistance via SAP's Customer Service System, including ABAP debugging, and complex configuration verification. Support customers on both SAP S/4HANA on-premise and Private Cloud Edition.…
