About this role

What you'll build Be part of the local HR team and provide day-to-day HR operational and analytical support. Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and HR metrics. Collect, analyze, and interpret people and organizational data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide actionable insights. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for senior management and key stakeholders, both locally and globally. Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience. Support and coordinate cross-functional HR projects and strategic initiatives, working closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.…
