What you bring Availability: Able to work at least two hours per business day, alongside the agreed weekly working schedule. Mindset and soft skills: Strong common sense, a high degree of motivation and initiative, and a proactive, independent, and goal-oriented working style. An affinity for structured work and a willingness to contribute your own ideas are highly valued. Enterprise Architecture: A general understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and architecture modelling. LeanIX and Jira: Theoretical knowledge of LeanIX and Jira is required. Hands-on experience with either tool is a strong plus. AI and automation: Experience building AI skills or agents, developing scripts, or working with automation pipelines is an advantage.…
