Escritório de advocacia de grande porte e em fase de profissionalização, busca um(a) diretor(a) de operações Formato de trabalho: presencial Formato de remuneração: fixo + variável + benefícios Localização: interior de São Paulo e São Paulo Requirements Forte experiência na gestão das áreas Administrativas de escritório de Advocacia (Administrativo, RH, Marketing, Comercial, Vendas, entre outras). Bagagem com liderança de grandes equipes e de negócios Reporte para os sócios equity e/ou conselho do escritório. É fundamental o perfil estrategista, com visão ampla e holística. Perfil comportamental: gestor, proativo, colaborativo, dinâmico e comunicativo.
