Qualifications and/or duties: Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Responsible for overall Sanitation of the Brine Room. Adding Salt to the Brine Maker. Cleaning of All Brine Filter’s. Responsible for accurate Vat separations after RMC. Check Salinity, Brine temperature and cheese temperature during the work shift. Help RMC operator change forms, maintain cheese flow to the packing room, maintain brine salinity at 94%. Clean brine and flume filter’s every 4 Hours; clean flume daily.…
