About this role

The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment as part of inhouse services, as well as the management of these tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports and quotation Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings Develop and maintain communication networks with dealers and end users.
