Digital Marketing Lead About the Role We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and performance-driven lead generation . This role focuses on planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, improve conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, including website management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, and SEO. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to improve digital marketing performance and support business growth.
