As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes; You’ll work within the digital marketing team. A team who loves innovation, optimisation and performance. Your role will be to use our automation tools to their best ability. Whether its email, SMS or push notifications, you’ll understand how our customers want to hear from us and when. Ultimately your role is that of both acquisition and retention of our customer and prospects. Key role functions of the role include; Understanding of customer journeys and how to optimise them • Creation, Testing and optimising personalised flows, including email, SMS, and app notifications. • You’ll set up journey’s, test them and report on them.…
