Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to play a critical role in enabling our sales and service organizations through effective, well-designed use of the Salesforce platform. This role goes well beyond ticket fulfillment: it focuses on how Salesforce is actually used to support customer-facing operations, and it takes ownership of the platform's day-to-day health, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, adoption, and data quality. The Senior Administrator partners with business stakeholders, Business Process Analyst, and Sales Force Architect to ensure standards set by the Salesforce Architect, are leveraged appropriately, consistently, and in alignment with platform best practices.…
