We're hiring a Billing & Reconciliation Associate to be the calm, organised voice our customers count on. ABOUT THE ROLE Join the Group Support Services team of a growing, Australia-headquartered technology company that provides positioning and automation solutions to industrial and technical markets worldwide. You'll be a key point of contact for subscription and billing questions, and you'll also own the reconciliation work behind the scenes — tracking down discrepancies between systems, figuring out why they happened, and following them through to resolution.…
