Job Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates in accordance with the scope of work, blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quantity take-offs, for foundations, structural steel, pipe, and process equipment. Apply work hour unit rates for each item in the estimate to generate the overall direct work hours. Understand the construction equipment requirements.
