The Energy Marshal serves as the single point of authority for hazardous energy isolation, zero-energy verification, group lockout administration, temporary energization, and system restoration. Program Administration Administer the project Hazardous Energy Control Program. Maintain ownership of project LOTO execution. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, client and project requirements.
