En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Consultant para nuestra División de Leasing de Industrial y Logístico basado/a en Madrid. Funciones: Desarrollo y búsqueda de negocio Captación de oportunidades para el departamento y la compañía Realización de propuestas y presentaciones Captación de proyectos Seguimiento y cierre de las negociaciones Negociación de contratos Requisitos: Graduado/a en ADE, Económicas o similar. Imprescindible experiencia comercial, se valorará positivamente experiencia en el sector Industrial y Logístico. Nivel alto de inglés (C1). Nivel alto del Paquete Office (Excel - Power Point).
