About this role
En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Technical Property Management para formar parte de la División de Gestión basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Funciones: Gestión técnica de activos inmobiliarios de distinta índole realizando su mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Realización de inspecciones ambientales en obras. Realización de due diligence técnicas tanto para operaciones de compra como de venta de activos. Desarrollo y gestión de certificados energéticos. Requisitos Graduado/a en Arquitectura / Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería. Experiencia de al menos 2 años realizando funciones similares. Nivel alto de inglés. Dominio del Paquete Office. Persona proactiva, organizada y con orientación al detalle.
