About this role

En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Construction Manager para formar parte de la División de Arquitectura basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Funciones: Gestión de construcción en obras de reforma y rehabilitación en el sector terciario de oficinas, retail y/o residencial. Elaboración de estudios de viabilidad técnica, planning y de inversión. Soporte en la redacción de proyectos. Elaboración de los estados de las mediciones en obra. Gestión y coordinación de proveedores en obra. Análisis y elaboración de los diferentes plannings de las obras en curso. Control económico de la obra y de la facturación. Resolución de problemas constructivos (arquitectura, interiorismo e instalaciones) y elaboración de informes de seguimiento de obra.…
