Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join Savills' Operational Capital Markets Hotels team, specialising in hotel leased investment transactions across the UK. Based in London, you will advise hotel owners, operators, institutional investors, private equity firms and international capital partners on the acquisition, disposal and strategic positioning of hotel assets across leased, managed and hybrid operating structures.
