Role Overview Savills is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Associate Director to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team, specialising in industrial and logistics development projects. In this client-facing role, you will lead the delivery of complex development, refurbishment and fit-out schemes, providing strategic project management advice from inception through to completion.
