Role title: Graduate Building Surveyor/Project Manager (September 2027 start) Salary: London: £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus / Regions: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus (Please note that some regions will offer a higher salary of £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus, dependent on the location and the Cost of Living) Locations: London, Cambridge, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford About this role: Our Building & Project Consultancy team of over 250 consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK, operating from 15 offices across England and Scotland.
