Role title: Graduate Lands Consent Surveyor (September 2027 start) Salary: London: £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus / Regions: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus Locations: London, Salisbury, Cirencester, Bury St Edmunds About this role: Locations available: London , Salisbury , Cirencester , Bury St Edmunds Operating across a UK network of over 30 offices and a number of client offices from North of Scotland down to Dorset and Kent. Our services cover land consents, referencing, negotiation, planning, landowner/contractor liaison and damage claim negotiation across the infrastructure and utility sector, including electricity, water, gas and telecoms.
