About IT Staffing and Consulting Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. Work Experience Requirements: A minimum of three (3) years of progressive work experience in software development including webMethods, JMS and Universal Messaging, Java development tools, and Agile. Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies, ESB (WebMethods, etc.), other messaging oriented middleware. Should be a Self-starter. Strong SDLC, project management, time management, and tracking/reporting skills.
