Director, Asia SEF Quality

The Job: As a Director of Asia SEF Quality, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team . You’ll get to: Lead regional quality performance across key KPIs, including DPPM, customer complaint resolution, MQCs, scrap and rework, on-time PPAP approvals, and process control/SPC, to drive first-time quality and improved operational performance. Serve as the primary escalation point for quality issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are effectively defined, implemented, and sustained.
