About this role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Heading Setter to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting and operating heading machines, producing high-quality components, and supporting safe, efficient production to meet business targets. Key accountabilities… Set and operate a range of heading machines within the department, including Sacma SP160, Sacma SP260, Wafio , Malmedie H530, Kieserling and Salvi 243. Carry out machine set-ups and changeovers across different product types, diameters, lengths, and materials. Adjust tooling, machine alignment, and pressure feed settings to achieve correct product form, dimensional accuracy, and stable machine performance.…
