PURPOSE OF POSITION/ MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC/工作職位目的 · Thực hiện công việc đóng gói theo WI (hướng dẫn công việc) và các tiêu chuẩn thao tác liên quan, bảo đảm quy trình đóng gói chính xác và chất lượng sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu. · Đạt mục tiêu sản lượng theo quy định của công ty và chuyền sản xuất, đồng thời hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ do cấp trên giao. · Phối hợp linh hoạt theo kế hoạch sản xuất hằng ngày và nhu cầu sản lượng để hỗ trợ các công đoạn hoặc khu vực đóng gói khác nhau. · Tuân thủ các quy định, chính sách của công ty, quy tắc an toàn và yêu cầu quản lý tại hiện trường.
