Personal Specifications/个人能力描述 Bachelor's degree in Engineering. More than 2 years experience in automotive industry with a minimum of 2 years quality assurance working experience. Master the system standard requirements of ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc. Familiar with OEM special quality requirement, such as BIQS, Formel-Q, etc. Master five tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC. Skillfully uses quality tools such as 8D and 5Why to analyze and solve various quality problems. Masters the knowledge and methods of basic statistics. Communicates and coordinates well and be able to organize work. Has good team work spirit, agile logical thinking and pays attention to detail. Has English communication and computer skills.
