About this role

Job Description · Lead Compensation & Benefits activities, including payroll administration, attendance, overtime, social insurance, personal income tax, and statutory compliance. · Develop, review and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and Internal Labor Regulations to ensure compliance with company standards and Japanese Labor Law. · Act as the HR functional owner for Payroll System implementation, including business requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, implementation, and continuous system enhancement. · Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with Finance, IT, Production, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.…
