About Contract Period: 1yr. Full-time, On-site Pay Rate: $6,030 ~ $7,170/mo DOE Korean Bilingual Required Serve as a Business Analyst and primary on-call support person for troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to the web-based Travel system. Identify and understand end users’ technical Travel system requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, build and maintain strong relationships with end users, and provide ongoing support. Take a broad view of the position and demonstrate initiative in communicating, interacting, and cooperating with engagement teams to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed.
