Work Hours: 09:00 AM ~ 18:00 PM Pay rate: ~$7,170/M DOE Position Summary The Varicent Operations Support Specialist is responsible for delivering on-site operational support for the company's incentive compensation management system, Varicent. This role works directly with business users at the field support location, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate data processing, and effective communication across business teams, internal IT, and external technology partners. The specialist will manage data flows from company’s internal DataHub platform, utilize Alteryx for data transformation, and collaborate with Varicent’s technical vendor (Argano) to support system enhancements, defect resolution, and overall operational stability.…
