About Contract Period: 1 year Work Location: Santa Ana, CA Pay: $31.7 DOE Bilingual (Korean) required * 8+ years of transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain related experience Manage daily Control Tower operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation. Monitor shipment movement and transportation performance to ensure timely execution while proactively resolving operational issues. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations for management, customers, and headquarters.
