About this role
S&B USA Construction (part of Shikun & Binui Group) is seeking a highly experienced Project Director – Design-Build Construction Manager (DBCM) to lead the successful delivery of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects ranging from $500M to $2B+. This senior executive role will be responsible for overseeing all phases of progressive design-build and alternative delivery models (P3, DB, DBF, DBFOM), ensuring that projects meet budget, schedule, safety, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
