About this role

Scale Tech, a software development agency, is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for a long-term B2B engagement with our client in the banking sector. Several positions are open in parallel, all based in Vilnius. The work sits where technology and security meet: enterprise system rollouts, infrastructure and cloud moves, and organisation-wide security initiatives. It is a corporate, plan-driven (waterfall) environment with proper governance. A steadier pace than a startup, and that is by design. DETAILS - Long-term, full-time B2B contract - Client's Vilnius office 3-5 days per week, working on client-provided equipment - Toolset: Jira, Confluence, MS 365, Teams, SharePoint - Start: August 2026, earlier also works
