About this role

Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST) Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that. About the Role This is not a marketing role where you simply schedule posts and wait for results. We’re looking for someone who understands performance, owns the numbers, and knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable growth. You’ll manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and other channels while tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and conversions. What You'll Actually Do Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign budgets.…
