Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Industrial Engineer implements and maintains labor standards in the system to support accurate labor forecasting, and staffing requirements, identifies processes that can be eliminated or improved to maximize efficiency. The Industrial Engineer also works to forecast and evaluate the impact on labor of new processes and process adjustments in support of the organization's financial goals. This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for ensuring system labor standards are built, evaluated, maintained and updated annually to reflect current store processes.…
