Director, COO Office, Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income (DMFI) The Role We are seeking a proactive leader to partner with Rates & FX PMs, driving business management, PM onboarding, business analytics, and cross-functional initiatives. This role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven insights to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and support growth across the business. This person will act as the day-to-day business manager for Schonfeld’s Macro & Fixed Income platform in North America. This role reports into the COO of DMFI.
